Directions:

From the A1, take the A697 turn off for Coldstream. Follow this road through Longhorsley (5 miles), then another 2-3 miles to Weldon Bridge, at the bottom of a steep hill in the River Coquet valley.

Take the left turn, signposted Rothbury, on the B6344 for about 7 miles.

On entering Rothbury, take the first large street on the left, this is Bridge Street. Follow the road over the bridge, take the first left, Station Road. The Riverside Lodges is the first building on the left, approximately 50 metres from the bridge.
